Listings on the Clayton Community Calendar are available to non-profit organizations on a space-available basis and if the following criteria are met: 

A. The listing must be submitted, in writing, on the appropriate form.  

B. The listing is essentially cultural, educational, or civic in content.  The listing cannot be used for commercial purposes.  

C. The listing may advertise an event or activity for which there is a fee as long as the sponsoring organization is cultural, educational, or governmental.  

D. The listing is not for religious worship services.  

E. The listing includes no instruction on how to vote, either for a candidate or a political party.  (Announcements for political meetings are permissible.)  

Listings usually will be posted on the calendar weekly (between seven to ten days).  Please provide listings at least three weeks prior to an event to ensure listing.
